그렇다면 현재의 과학기술로 해양 플라스틱 폐기물 처리에 대한 해결책 모색은 어디에 있을까요?
없다고 해도 과언이 아닙니다.
해양 부스러기의 체계적이고 지속 가능한 관리를 강조하는 것 외에 해결책을 제시한 나라는 없습니다.
